Demon Happenings 11/7
Welcome back to the Demon Happenings where we keep you up to date on everything new and exciting in LHS! Last week the Lady Demons played their final game of this season. The Lady Demons traveled to Bondurant, Iowa, to face off in a Regional Finals game against the Hudson Pirates. This year’s team was hopeful to embark on Lamoni’s first ever trip to the State Volleyball Tournament. With only one team still standing in their way, the Lady Demon’s laced up their shoes and took the court. In the first set the Demons struggled against the hard-hitting Pirates and lost 25-14. In the second set the Lady Demons held the lead for most of the set, but eventually lost the set 25-20. In the third set, our exhausted squad played their hardest, but the ladies fell short to Hudson. The Pirates ended up winning the third set 25-10 and the match 3-0. LHS is extremely proud of the Lady Demons volleyball team’s accomplishments and spirit.
