Dear Parents/Guardians, In order to receive meal assistance for the 2025-2026 school year, a new Iowa Eligibility Free and Reduced Application will need to be filled out to see if you qualify. A new application must be completed each year. The Iowa Eligibility Free and Reduced Application may be filled out at anytime during the year. If your income or family size has changed and you would like to apply please complete the application and submit to the school office. If you have any questions please send them to sjones@lamonischools.org.

Summer Food Service Program The Lamoni CSD Nutrition Services Department participates in the Summer Food Service Progam. Meals will be provided to all children without charge during the Summer Food Service Program and are the same for all children. This program allows Lamoni CSD to directly impact our community in a positive and meaningful way. |

To file a program discrimination complaint, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, AD-3027, found online at How to File a Program Discrimination Complaint and at any USDA office or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
