MS Fun Night

Last Friday the Middle School had a Fun Night. They had carnival games with Laura, played dodgeball, had board and card games in the commons, and watched "Hocus Pocus" on the big screen projector. Special thanks goes out to MS student council for planning and running the event, Laura Jeanes for setting up and running the carnival games, and all of the teachers who volunteered their time to chaperone the event! MS HoCo Pictures

Last week, as many of you know, was Homecoming for Lamoni Community Schools. Here are some pictures from the week of Middle School with some Elementary School pictures scattered in. For the Middle School class competition the 7th grade won this year, edging out the 8th grade by five points. It was a great week and the kids showed great Demon PRIDE!

MS Fun Night

Last Saturday the Middle School had a Fun Night. At the event, they played kickball, capture the flag, and pickle ball out on the practice football field. They then headed to the gym where they played dodge ball and board/card games in the commons. The Fun Night was well attended and MS Student Council did a great job planning and running it. They are already starting to plan an October event which will either be another Fun Night, a haunted trail, or costume dance. We'll have to see what they decide.

MS Student Council Elected

Middle School Student Council was elected last Thursday and has many council veterans, but plenty of new people. The council officers are Allyson (President), Haelyn (VP), Lilly (Secretary), and Ava (Treasurer). The 8th grade representatives are Kirra, Justin, and Lizzy. 7th grade is represented by Naliyah, Macie, and Natalie. 6th grade selected Nora, Tyson, and Madison to represent their interests. The responsibilities of the MS Student Council are to plan MS events, help with Homecoming, and provide feedback to . . .
