Hello, I am Jon Hampton, and I have the pleasure of teaching Family and Consumer Science teacher here at Lamoni Community Schools. I am also the varsity Girls Track coach and the middle school Boys Basketball coach. I am also happy to say that I attended and graduated from The Lamoni Schools! I have been teaching for 18 years now. As mentioned, I am currently teaching Family and Consumer Sciences, but I also have a back ground in Health and Physical Education. Over my career have taught every level of student K-12.

I graduated from Lamoni High school and came back to Lamoni to raise my children in the small town setting and a great school. I have three children Max, Maddie and Sam. All have benefited from attending Lamoni schools, and my youngest is still in the high school.
