Please join us to celebrate your mom or a special woman in your life on Thursday, May 9th from 7:00-8:00 AM. The event will cost $3.00 for each adult. If you plan to attend, be on the lookout for a sign-up sheet sent home with your child. Girl's Track Team Takes on Two Meets

On April 11th, the Lamoni Girls HS Track team competed at Central Decatur. The girls finished tied for 7th out of 14 teams. Haelyn Olson came away with a great win in the 1500 meter run with a time of 5:55.57. Lauren Olson placed second in the 800 in 2:44.77 which is leading the Bluegrass conference. Demon Boys Run Well at Leon and Moravia

On Tuesday April 9th, the Lamoni Boys HS Track Team traveled to Leon to compete in the Central Decatur Track Meet. The team came in 4th place out of ten teams. Three of the team's athletes finished in first place in their event or events. Ambrose Savage won the discus and shot put events with throws of 144 feet and 43 feet respectively. Mrs. Cray's Class Conducts a Theme Share

A few weeks ago, Mrs. Cray's 2nd and 3rd grade class learned about land forms and how they can affect weather patterns. Demon Track Excels at Clarke

On April 4th, the Lamoni High School Boys Track Team competed in the Clarke Relays in Osceola, Iowa. The team came in 2nd place for the Class B section of the track meet with 109 points. Individual wins came from Ambrose Savage in the Discus with a throw of 150ft-08in. Ambrose also won the 400 meter dash with a time of 53.06 seconds.
