K-3 Votes for the Goldfinch Award

The elementary students in kindergarten through 3rd grade voted for the Goldfinch Award last week. The Goldfinch Award winner is chosen by elementary students in the state of Iowa and the voting takes place in March.  To be eligible to vote for the Goldfinch Award, students have to have read at least five of the nominated books, either by themselves or have them read out loud. Students can only vote for one title, but they can't vote for a title they haven't read yet.  Mrs. Farnham will be submitting the votes for Lamoni by the voting deadline, March 30, 2018.  The following titles are nominees for the 2017-2018 Goldfinch Award.
