5th Grade Theme Sharing
Mrs. Pitt's class has been studying animal habitats. The assignment was for every 5th grader to pick an animal and then write five paragraphs about it. We made flash cards from the facts from our research paper. Finally at home we used supplies to make the animals habitat.
On February 28 we shared our projects and information in the safe room with all the elementary classes, teacher and some parents.
My project was about scorpions. Some of my facts were about the scorpion's relatives and others were about predators and prey .
I liked the theme sharing because it was very informative! The 5th grader projects were really good! I bet they spent a lot of time and they all had about eight to twelve facts about their animal. From my perspective, it was fun to be giving the information. That was the first time every 5th grader had their project finished. I didn't expect for it to turn out so well!
