LCSD Students Participate in Hour of Code

Last week (12/4-12/8) was Computer Science Education week. This week is a time for students, teachers, and community members to take a closer look at computer science education. In conjunction with this, a global movement reaching tens of millions of students in 180+ countries takes place known as Hour of Code (https://hourofcode.com/us). Hour of Code provides students PK-12 the opportunity to learn coding through a variety of activities. This year, several teachers at Lamoni Community School District took part in Hour of Code throughout the week within their classrooms.
