Lamoni Community Schools is pleased to introduce Mrs. Karie Foster as the new guidance counselor, beginning the 2016-2017 school year. Mrs. Foster brings great qualities that will serve our district, students, and families.
A Letter From the Guidance Counselor
My name is Karie Foster and I am the new school counselor at Lamoni Community Schools. I received my Bachelors in Psychology from William Penn University and my Masters in School Counseling from Buena Vista University. I am very excited to be here and can’t wait to meet all of the students!
I will be working with students in all grade levels this year. As a school counselor I am available to talk with students individually and in small groups. I will also be sharing Classroom Guidance Lessons with students in grades K-5.
I am also here to work with all students, parents, teachers, and staff to help students achieve academic and social success. During the year, if you have any questions or concerns regarding your child’s academic and/or social/emotional well-being please feel free to contact me. I look forward to a great year here at Lamoni Community School District!
